GT99 Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide to Using the Malaysia Platform

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. • All bonuses carry a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. The standard rollover requirement ranges from 10x to 20x the value of the bonus received.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Each member may claim the welcome bonus once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted into any other form of credit.

• Hacking Attempt: Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to GT99 systems, probe for security vulnerabilities or alter platform data.

GT99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• A recommendation from a relevant authority or compliance body.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Actions that could damage the reputation or security of the GT99 platform.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member through the Responsible Gaming section.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting GT99 support. For voluntary closures, the real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds with an outstanding rollover) will be returned to the registered payment account within 5 business days.
